Train Smarter, Not Harder

Every class at Black Cat Studio is taught using The Black Cat Method — a precision-first approach to reformer Pilates built on three pillars: alignment-driven cueing, progressive challenge, and functional integration. With a maximum of 6 people per class, you get specific corrections and real attention from your instructor, every session. Learn more about our method.

It’s no wonder physical therapists consistently recommend Pilates: it improves movement, prevents injury, and supports long-term strength. Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or somewhere in between, Reformer Pilates is the foundation that makes everything else better.
