• Credit card details (if purchasing a class or package).

• A brief health questionnaire to help our instructors understand your needs, goals, and any physical considerations.

This allows us to personalize your experience from your very first session.

Once your account is created and you’ve purchased your class or package, you’ll receive an email with a class credit code. Simply apply it when scheduling—it only takes a click once you’re signed in.

If it is your first class at BCS Pilates—and even if you already have a regular practice—please book a Level 1 class.

This ensures you get the best introduction to our studio, equipment, and teaching style, and sets you up for a safe, successful practice.

From there, just show up ready to move—we’ll handle the rest.

Before Class: Please make sure to watch the intro video below.

1. Arrive to the studio 10 minutes early for your first class.

2. Be sure to bring a pair of grippy socks.

3. Once you arrive, connect with your coach and inform them about anything that could potentially impact your workout like current/prior injuries.

During Class: Throughout class, your instructor will provide personalized attention, verbal instruction, personalized motivation, and hands-on assistance.
