Good to Know

Before You Book

Time zone
All class times are Costa Rica time (UTC−6, no daylight saving). Booking from abroad? Convert before you book — it’s the #1 way people miss class.
Cancellations
Cancel up to 2 hours before class without penalty — your credit returns to your account.
Level 1
Start here — foundations, and where everyone begins, whatever you have done elsewhere.
Duration & arrival
Classes are 50 minutes. Arrive 5–10 minutes early, especially your first time. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.
Level 2
After three L1 classes, or your instructor’s go-ahead.
Level 3
By instructor invitation only.
Grip socks
Grip socks are required for class.
Studio-specific
Passes, packs, credits, and memberships are specific to one studio — a Pelada pass books Pelada, a Guiones pass books Guiones. They don’t cross.
One pass, one spot
Your pass books one spot, for you. Buying extra passes or a multi-class pack does NOT let you reserve several seats in the same class for friends — each person needs their own account and pass. No guest passes.
